 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. James Booth of Tailwind Electric is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He communicates very clearly up front what the project will cost and also what situations might cause the cost to go up. His pricing is fair. I had a dining room light fixture installed which required running wire from the attic to the wall switches. He also updated the wall switches and added dimmers. I would definitely use Tailwind Electric again in the future.

He came out and got the details, provided a quote and scheduled the work for the next day.  His vehicle, workmanship, and knowledge of electrical work are all top notch.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We called on James, owner of Tailwinds electrical, for our panel board because he came highly recommend. We were not disappointed. He showed us the issue, (melted breaker) explained what needed to be done and gave a ten year warranty on the new panel. We discovered another issue as he got into the job that the A/C breaker had a loose connected wire to it. We just put that unit in this year and the inspector obviously missed visual inspection and just signed off. Glad we had James. He was knowledgeable, professional and monetarily realistic. I definitely recommend him for your electrical work.
